Thomas Hanks’s performance is very smooth, it make people don’t feel pressure when the audience see the plight life of Victor, because he indeed convey a sense of optimism. Even confront the rare kind of adventure and embarrassment, he can still calmly deal with, like Robinson Crusoe appeared in an modern airport.

In order to achieve the film’s shooting effect, Thomas Hanks obstinately change his English accent into a typical Eastern European accent (should be in Russian), which make people admire his passion for acting, persistent, it shown us the respect to the audience and his acting career.
